Senior Customer Success Manager, EMEA

As a Senior CSM, you’ll own a portfolio of enterprise customers across the EMEA region, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You’ll act as a trusted advisor who helps teams adopt Kubit successfully, uncover actionable insights, and realize business value through better analytics practices.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience — from initial activation to executive business reviews. The ideal candidate blends strong analytical acumen, strategic relationship-building, and project management skills, all grounded in a genuine passion for helping customers succeed with data.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Outcomes: Build success plans that define each customer’s goals, success metrics, and adoption milestones, ensuring measurable business results.
  • Partner for Growth: Collaborate with Account Executives to build growth strategies for your accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and securing renewals.
  • Engage Executives: Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, from data leaders to C-suite executives.  Conduct outcome-focused, data-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
  • Guide Onboarding & Adoption: Lead onboarding in partnership with Solutions Architects and Professional Services to ensure smooth implementation and early value realization.
  • Deliver Insight: Leverage your Kubit platform expertise and understanding of customer use cases to derive actionable insights and tell compelling data stories.
  • Monitor Account Health: Track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across your portfolio to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  • Project Manage the Customer Journey: Orchestrate internal and external resources to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle, aligning stakeholders on priorities and progress.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to share customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure the best possible experience.
  • Contribute to CS Best Practices: Help scale processes, playbooks, and enablement approaches for Kubit’s growing EMEA Customer Success organization.

     

Desired Skills

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Analytics Consulting in a SaaS environment, with enterprise or global customer ownership.
  • Proven ability to strategically manage change and drive software adoption within complex enterprise organizations.
  • Deep curiosity and empathy for customers’ businesses — you think in outcomes, not just activities.
  • Experience building executive relationships, influencing cross-functional teams, and running impactful QBRs/EBRs.
  • Strong analytical background — familiarity with event-based analysis, SQL, or product/customer journey analytics.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into business impact, connecting Kubit capabilities to measurable results.
  • Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, thriving amid evolving processes and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures in a distributed team.
