Revenue Operations Lead

Role Overview:

As the Revenue Operations Lead at Kubit, you will own the integration, optimization, and performance of our go-to-market tech stack, ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll work across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, while also driving key initiatives in forecasting, lead tracking, and GTM enablement.

This isn’t a learning role, it’s a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who knows their way around complex systems, understands the nuances of email deliverability and data integrity, and can proactively recommend tools and strategies to improve efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in aligning our revenue teams and helping Kubit scale with precision.

Primary Responsibilities

A Revenue Operations Lead at Kubit works across 4 primary skillsets:

GTM Tech Stack Integration & Optimization

  • Own the integration and maintenance of Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others ensuring clean, consistent data across platforms.
  • Identify gaps, eliminate redundancies, and recommend new tools to enhance performance and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure the stack supports evolving GTM needs.

Forecasting & Pipeline Visibility

  • Build and manage forecasting models that give leadership a clear view of ARR projections and pipeline health.
  • Standardize reporting across teams to track funnel performance and surface insights.
  • Partner with Sales to identify deal risk, improve forecast accuracy, and prioritize high-impact opportunities.

Lead Management & SLA Enforcement

  • Define and enforce SLAs between Marketing and Sales for lead follow-up, lead quality, and pipeline conversion.
  • Assist sales reps to prioritize outreach efforts through first and third party intent data
  • Implement lead scoring, routing, and enrichment strategies to ensure speed-to-lead and proper ownership.
  • Monitor attribution and campaign impact across the buyer journey.

Deliverability, AI, and Process Innovation

  • Oversee outbound email deliverability best practices and continuously monitor domain health.
  • Evaluate and implement AI applications that improve prospecting, scoring, and forecasting workflows.
  • Own documentation, training, and enablement resources for GTM systems and processes.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Proven track record of managing systems and processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM best practices, GTM funnel metrics, and pipeline modeling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clearbit, Chili Piper, Apollo, or comparable solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings.

  • Analytical and metrics-driven. Previous experience in analytics, business intelligence is a plus.
