Director of Product Marketing
We’re looking for our first marketing leader to shape our messaging and support the sales team. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities to grow. This a remote first role, and can be based anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:

Evolve the company’s positioning and value proposition under the CEO’s guidance.

Develop and drive the company’s marketing strategy to establish Kubit as a thought leader in the product analytics marketplace.
- Strategically use thought leadership content, AR and PR to amplify a company’s unique point of view to drive awareness and leadership position.

Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan, in collaboration with product, demand gen, and sales, to reach and win those personas with consistent messaging.

Create and execute the company’s content marketing campaigns on various channels (blogs, email, social media, website, etc) to generate plausible leads.

Establish and maintain Kubit’s brand voice, style, and tone.

Nurture and grow Kubit’s digital content hubs and assets; manage all creative resources such as designers, writers, and agency.

Opportunity to build and lead the marketing team from the ground up.
Requirements:
-
BA/BS degree and 3+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing
- First-hand experience in early-stage data analytics startup’s Go-To-Market motion. Scale revenue between $1M-$10M+

Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create project management
- Well-versed in sales enablement: creates strategy and artifacts to help sales win accounts and knows how to engage sales to do so effectively
- Has an ability to serve as a category evangelist or create opportunities and materials to support other evangelists

Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
