Technical Customer Success Lead

Job Description

Become a Technical Customer Success Lead and help drive the new era of Product Analytics.

As the Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are getting the most value from the Kubit platform. Our goal is to enable our users to understand their customer/user behavior in depth with a cloud native product analytics solution.

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with each new customer, guiding them through onboarding, and getting them excited about everything they can do with Kubit.

Ideally, you have a technical background with previous engineering, data, or engineering/data adjacent roles but are looking to move into a client-facing role, or have Customer Success experience at a SaaS company in the data / BI space.


  • Craft and refine the onboarding process to ensure customers are getting the most out of Kubit
  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from the proof of concept stage
  • Be hands-on with customers guiding them through the process, while also taking a critical eye to manual processes and seek to automate as much as possible and scale your impact
  • Help customers set up infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL on AWS Redshift, Google Bigquery, Snowflake, etc.
  • Advocate for a new way of working with data and excite our customers
  • Become an expert user of the Kubit platform
  • Keep close tabs on customer engagement to proactively identify when customers are struggling and jump in to help when necessary
  • Work closely with product to communicate user feedback
  • Field questions from users and help troubleshoot their issues

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a data/data-adjacent role, or Customer Success experience for a SaaS product in the data / BI space
  • Proficiency in SQL is a must
  • Passion for teaching and helping others
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a range of users, from non-technical business users to technical data / engineering users
